Multi-award-winning delicious gin made, bottled, labelled and packaged by husband and wife team on the beautiful Isles of Scilly, using Scillonian water. We suggest large measure of Island Gin over a couple of large cubes of ice, garnished with a fresh kaffir lime leaf and a slice of dried orange and two measures of tonic.
Tasting Notes
Nose: A citrus-packed nose, with lighter hints of dry juniper and cardamom heat following up the orange and lime. Palate: Citrus once again stands out, but the juniper is dialled up on the palate, becoming powerfully vibrant and subtly oily. A hint of fennel gives it some herbal sweetness. Finish: Subtle salinity on the finish, with toasty cardamom and cinnamon.
