Produced by Arcenciel, A cooperative situated among green valleys of the mountains north of Turin in Piedmont area. It has produced organic products since 1990 using traditional home recipes derived from regional specialities.
Preserves contain 70% of fruit and are sweetened only with apple juice which is high in fructose and has a lower glycaemic index (GI) than other sugars. As natural sugar, it is released slowly and requires 20% less by weight compared to conventional sugar. Preserves are rich in taste and low in calories.
