This Galup Panettone has a soft centre, a thick and smooth pistachio filling enriched with white chocolate chips created by their pastry chefs to honour a typical excellence from Sicily. The intense pistachio flavour melts into the sweetness of the fluffy dough. Add a sprinkle of icing sugar on top for an extra level of indulgence.

FILLING WITH PISTACHIO CREAM 17%: glucose syrup, sugar, water, pistachio paste 15%, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, sweetened egg yolk (egg yolk, 50% sugar), gelling agents: pectin, modified corn starch, salt, natural flavors, emulsifier: E471, Preservatives: potassium sorbate, spirulina extract.
