The panettone is coated with a white chocolate glaze, and decorated with whole Sicilian pistachios. Inside the tin there is a pistachio cream, perfect for layering over your cake!
Ingredients
Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, white chocolate covering (10%) (sugar, whole powdered milk, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), fresh barn egg yolk, natural yeast (soft wheat flour, yeast), Sicilian pistachio (Pistacia vera) (3%), Sicilian honey, invert sugar syrup, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, powdered skimmed milk, salt, vanilla flavouring.
Pistachio spread: Sugar, pistachio (Pistacia vera) (22%), vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower), powdered skimmed milk, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavourings, colouring agent (curcumin, chlorophyll cupric), salt.
