These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases and interactions with JUST SO ITALIAN Ltd trading as VALENTINA Deli & Kitchen ("we", "us", "our") across our website, physical stores, restaurants, and any related services, promotions, or loyalty schemes.
By accessing our website, placing an order, dining with us, or purchasing products in-store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.
All products, menus, and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods displayed in-store and online.
4. Online Orders
Order confirmations do not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Delivery and collection times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control.
Click and Collect / Delivery
Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time. We are not responsible for product quality if orders are collected late.
Risk in products passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
Where delivery is offered, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery providers.
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer may result in failed delivery for which we are not responsible.

5. In-Store and Restaurant Purchases
All purchases are final unless goods are faulty or not as described.
Menus, ingredients, and pricing may change at any time without notice.
Allergen information is available upon request; however, all food is prepared in environments where allergens are present. As such, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens, including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and sesame.
Customers with allergies or intolerances must inform staff clearly at the time of ordering. Where we provide allergen guidance, this is based on supplier and kitchen information and should be treated as guidance only.
We do not accept liability for adverse reactions where customers have not declared allergies, or where cross-contamination may occur despite reasonable precautions.
We reserve the right to refuse service in line with licensing laws, safety considerations, or customer conduct.
Alcohol Sales
We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Customers may be required to provide valid photographic ID when purchasing alcohol.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol at our discretion, including where we believe a purchase is being made on behalf of someone underage or where a customer appears intoxicated.
Alcohol purchased is for personal consumption only and must not be resold.

All promotions, discounts, set menus, and special pricing are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.
Promotional prices apply only during the stated period and under the specific conditions advertised. Outside of these conditions, standard pricing applies.
Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or loyalty redemption unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to:
- limit quantities per customer
- exclude certain products or locations from promotions
- amend or substitute promotional items where necessary
- cancel or refuse promotions where misuse, abuse, or technical error is suspected
Where a pricing or promotional error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order prior to fulfilment.
Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
Catering and Large Orders
For catering, bulk, or special orders, we may require advance notice and full or partial payment in advance.
Cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or amend large orders based on availability, capacity, or operational constraints.

8. Loyalty Scheme
By registering for the Valentina Loyalty Card or app, you agree to participate under these Terms.
- Points are awarded at a rate of 1 point per £1 spent on qualifying items
- Points can only be redeemed on full-priced items
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash
- The card must be presented at time of purchase
- The scheme is available to UK residents aged 18+
- We may exclude certain products from earning or redemption
Rewards currently include:
- 35 points: complimentary hot drink
- 100 points: £10 towards wine or complimentary Margherita pizza (takeaway only)
- 400 points: £10 voucher
- 600 points: £30 voucher
- 800 points: £40 voucher
- 1000 points: £50 voucher
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the scheme, rewards, or structure at any time.
By joining, you consent to receiving marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.
9. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They must be used within any stated validity period.
10. Accuracy of Information
We do not guarantee that all information on our website is accurate, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders where necessary.
11. Third-Party Services
We may provide access to third-party services or links. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.
12. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful code, or to infringe on intellectual property rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for any misuse.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, supplier failures, power outages, strikes, fire, flood, pandemics, or disruptions to transport or utilities.
16. Events and Private Bookings
For private bookings, events, or group reservations, we may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking and may include non-refundable deposits or minimum notice periods.
We reserve the right to amend bookings due to operational requirements, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for confirming final guest numbers within any agreed timeframe.
17. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time if these Terms are breached.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
