Cocoa comes from an area in Ivory Coast, where the exchange of pollen with wild plants of orange , mango, wild coffee and cardamom near the cultivated cocoa plantation gives a particular fragrance to the dark choc-olate Grand Cru Vidama.
Vergani was established in Milan by Angelo Vergani in 1944. It produces panettone of Milan, traditional Italian cake made from selected finest ingredients and using traditional methods of baking. The cakes are perfectly balanced in flavour and texture with soft and moist dough and delicious taste.
