Jolonch Chocolate is made directly from the cocoa bean. We select it, roast it with holm oak wood and grind it on the stone. These processes give it its characteristic and inimitable flavour and texture.
Xocolata Jolonch is the oldest chocolate factory in Agramunt, Spain. They specialise in stone ground chocolate which is ideal for making ‘Chocolate a la Taza’, Spain’s famous thick drinking chocolate.
