Predominantly Grenache (70%) with around 15% Syrah and Mourvèdre, hand-harvested from vines with an average age of 75 years. Grenache provides a ripe fruitiness and deep colour along with a herby, spicey character. Syrah lends its signature soft tannins, weighty mid-palate and notes of leather, liquorice, and black pepper. Mourvèdre provides structural tannins and blackberry notes.
