This cake is naturally low in fat, and contains an abundance of real fruit, with apple flavour and cinnamon to give it a unique taste and a lovely moist texture. This cake can be enjoyed on its own but is really nice with the addition of vegan cream or custard. Whilst this cake is wheat free it is not gluten free as it is made with rye flour which, whilst very low in gluten when compared to normal wheat flour, is above the levelsmended by the coeliacs society.
