This is a long stringless dark green 'pencil pod' bean with black seeds inside, thinner than Boby bianco. It's a good producer and looks great in a summer bean salad mixed with other varieties like the yellow ones, just add some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
It's ready to be picked when is no bigger than a pencil. It's also suitable for freezing.
Low calorie, high protein. Contains fibre.
