Product baked naturally leavened – Ingredients:

Ingredients: Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, sugar, emulsifier: E471, vegetable fibers (Psyllium), thickener: guar gum, salt, preservative: sorbic acid), water, butter (lactose free)*, sultanas 7% (99 .5%, vegetable oil 0.5%), impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), candied orange peel 5% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose), category A fresh whole eggs pasteurized milk, natural yeast, brewer's yeast, 99.9% delactosed skimmed milk powder (lactose-free)*, pasteurized category A fresh egg yolk, candied citron peels 2% (citron peels, glucose-fructose syrup , sucrose, concentrated lemon juice), thickener: xanthan gum, natural flavors. FROSTING INGREDIENTS 15%: impalpable sugar (sugar, corn starch), almonds 19%, hazelnuts 19%, rice flour, dried egg white, vegetable fibers (potato, pea, plantago, flax).

STORAGE CONDITION: Store in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 18 to 20 °C.The product should not be presented in shop windows exposed to the sun or near a heat source.
