Ruby red colour, intense perfume on the nose. Rounded in the mouth with a touch of sweetness at the end, typical of Sardinian wines.

Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and selected. Fermentation and maceration take place at controlled temperature, followed by a very quick malolactic fermentation.
