The Brezzo family are passionate about their honey, and this Chestnut honey is no exception. In the Alpine foothills of Piedmont, the bees spend the late spring months feasting on the rich nectar of the Chestnut groves.

The result is a dark amber, viscous honey with a slightly bitter taste that is high in minerals. It’s great for cooking with, but to really experience its taste, simply spread on bread or toast, or serve with a mature cheese - it would be Castelmagno in Piedmont.
