FERRARI Trento DOC

FERRARI Trento DOC is a traditional method sparkling wine from Trentino, made primarily from Chardonnay grown in high altitude vineyards. It typically shows aromas of green apple, citrus and light brioche, with fine, persistent bubbles.

On the palate it is crisp and elegant with fresh acidity, subtle fruit notes and a gentle toasty character that comes from extended ageing on the lees. This style pairs well with seafood, light starters, creamy dishes and can be enjoyed as a refined aperitif.
