URSINI OLIO FRESCO NOVELLO Early Harvest Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml
A novello olive oil, that is the first oil of the new harvest of the year. It is obtained from a blend of different local olive varieties that can change according to the period but normally they are: Leccino, Dritta, Cucco. Olives are picked by hand and sent to the mill within 4 hours in order to be immediately crushed. Olive oil is cold extracted in absence of oxygen in order to keep fragrance and taste inaltered.
