This handcrafted "Farfallina" Pasta, which means butterfly, is one of the most classic shapes of Italian pasta. The beautiful, completely natural colours are a real eye-catcher and will not fade once the Pasta is cooked. It can be combined with any kind of sauce, from just EVOO and garlic to vegetable, meat and seafood sauces.
The high quality of durum wheat guarantees a highly reduced amount of gluten which makes Pastificio del Colle's Pasta much easier to digest compared to regular, store-bought pasta.
