PIERSANTI Verdicchio Classico di Jesi DOC Il Borgo is a fresh, lively white wine made from Verdicchio grapes grown in the hills around Jesi in the Marche region. It typically shows bright aromas of citrus, green apple and soft white peach with a light floral or mineral edge.

On the palate it is crisp and dry with clean acidity and a gentle almond note on the finish, a hallmark of Verdicchio. It pairs well with seafood, shellfish, salads and light pasta dishes, and also works nicely as a chilled aperitif.
