- Bottle of Wine 750ml (choose between Terre Siciliane Petit Verdot Red or Carricante White)

- SALSICCIAMO Pork Italian Meatballs (fresh)

We will deliver the bundle with ice pack and temperature controlled pouch to retain the temperature of the meatballs pack.

Spaghetti & Meatballs Recipe

  1. Cook the pasta in slightly salted water. 

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over a medium-high heat and then cook the meatballs until brown. 

  1. Add the tomato sauce. Pour a ladle spoonful of pasta water into the tomato sauce bottle, give it a gentle swirl to get the remaining sauce and pour into the pot. Mix well then adjust the seasoning to taste. Stir then leave to simmer on a low heat until cooked through. 

  1. Add the cooked pasta into the sauce adding a little extra pasta water if needed to adjust the consistency. 

  1. Serve garnished with cheese and enjoy with a glass of our Terre Siciliane Petit Verdot red or Carricante white wine.

  2. Don’t forget the Tuscan Hazelnut Gianduia Cannoli for after!
