It features sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and free-range egg yolk powder among its ingredients. 

Ideal for tossing with crisp romaine lettuce, croutons and shavings of Parmesan, it also complements warm pasta dishes or baked courgettes when finished with a sprinkle of cheese. Once opened, it should be refrigerated and used within 28 days.
