MOUETTES D'ARVOR Sardines in Extra Olive Oil 115g

Mouettes d'Arvor Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil are preserved in excellent olive oil, which helps to soften and remove the bones, allowing all the fish to be eaten and enjoyed. They are packaged with a long shelf life in an easy-to-open flip-top can.

In Omega 3, they're all natural and rich. Use these sardines with coarse mustard on a slice of toasted rye bread. The fish are slightly dried after being cleaned and then quickly fried. The fish are cut and placed into the can, by hand, after resting overnight and coated in EVOO.
