Benedetto Cavalieri Orecchiette 500g — Traditional little ear-shaped pasta from Puglia, crafted from durum wheat semolina using Benedetto Cavalieri's delicate production method. The shallow cups catch chunky tomato sauces and vegetables beautifully. Try with broccoli rabe, garlic and olive oil, or with tomato sauce and meatballs.
