Brindisa Ibérico Bellota Chorizo is a premium Spanish cured sausage made from Ibérico pigs that are reared free-range and fed on a natural diet of acorns. This traditional feeding process gives the meat its rich marbling and deep, complex flavour.
Seasoned with smoked paprika and spices, then slowly cured, the chorizo develops a bold, savoury taste with a subtle smokiness and a slightly sweet, nutty finish. Thinly sliced and ready to eat, it’s perfect for tapas, charcuterie boards, or adding depth to a variety of dishes.
