Brindisa Ibérico Salchichón is a premium Spanish cured sausage made from free-range Ibérico pigs that are fed on acorns, giving the meat its characteristic marbling and refined flavour.

Unlike chorizo, salchichón is seasoned with black pepper and subtle spices rather than paprika, resulting in a more delicate, aromatic profile. It is slowly cured to develop a smooth texture and a balanced, savoury taste with gentle nutty notes.
