Brindisa Salsa Brava Spicy Tomato Sauce 315g is a rich, dense tomato-based sauce crafted with crushed tomatoes (50%), piquillo peppers, concentrated tomato (7%), onion, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt, hot paprika and cayenne pepper. The flavour profile blends ripe tomato sweetness with a smoky edge from paprika and a warming heat from cayenne.  It is traditionally used for the classic Spanish dish patatas bravas, where it’s spooned over cubes of crisp roasted potatoes, but it also works brilliantly as a marinade or sauce for roasted vegetables, grilled meats and sausages.
