Cantina di Custoza Custodia Custoza Superiore Bianco is a white wine from Veneto, Italy. The small village of Custoza gives its name to the denomination in the southwestern corner of the Province of Verona, very close to the border with Lombardia. This cooperative, situated southeast of Lake Garda, was founded in 1968 and now counts 300 members who farm over 1000 hectares of vineyard. Grape Varieties: Garganega Manzoni Bianco Trebbiano Toscano Friulano Each grape variety is picked and crushed separately, followed by Lees ageing and time spent in French oak barrels before being blend back together and bottled. This is a beautifully aromatic wine with elegant exotic fruit, toasted almond flavours and a touch on minerality.
Style: Mid weight - Exotic fruit, almonds, minerality. Food pairing: mature cheeses.
