Butter cookies filled with port, brandy and browned-butter-flavoured mincemeat, with raisins, sultanas, currants, candied citrus peel and warming spices. A whole pecan tops each crisp biscuit, which has a softer fruit-filled centre. The 150g gold Christmas carton makes a festive teatime treat or a hamper addition.
