Made with 41% vine fruits, butter, brown sugar and black treacle, it has the dense, moist texture and deep festive flavour you’d expect from a classic fruit cake. Notes of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and citrus give it a warmly spiced finish that makes it perfect for Christmas, afternoon tea or serving with a cup of tea or coffee.
