Ingredients: Salted butter (29%) (cream (MILK), salt), fortified WHEAT flour (with added calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, folic acid, thiamine), caster sugar, OATS (17%), stem ginger (3.4%), ground ginger (1.8%), raising agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate; mixed spices (0.2%) (coriander, cassia cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, fennel, nutmeg).
Allergens: Contains MILK, WHEAT and OATS (gluten). May contain EGGS, NUTS, MUSTARD and SOYA.
Storage: Once opened, store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container and consume within 2 weeks.
