Casa Riera Salsichón is a traditional Spanish cured sausage crafted using time-honoured methods that highlight the depth and elegance of Iberian charcuterie. Made from high-quality pork and seasoned simply with salt, black pepper and subtle spices, it is slowly air-cured to develop its characteristic firm texture and refined flavour.

The result is a beautifully balanced salsichón with delicate marbling, offering a mild, savoury profile with gentle peppery notes and a smooth, lingering finish. Compared to chorizo, it is more understated and aromatic, allowing the quality of the meat to take centre stage.
