Claudio Mariotto Timorasso Colli Tortonesi Bricco San Michele is a white wine from Piemonte, Italy. Timorasso, an indigenous Piemonte grape, avoided extinction in large part thanks to Claudio Mariotto and is now seeing a revival in popularity. Reminiscent of Riesling to start it then becomes floral, fruity with chamomile, ripe yellow plums and toasted almond in the finish. Elegant and intense.
Style: Mid weight - yellow plums, almonds, chamomille. Food pairing: chicken or seafood, grilled vegetables.
