A richly concentrated Italian fig condiment, slowly prepared from figs for a naturally sweet, rounded flavour and pourable texture. Serve with mature and blue cheeses, cured meats or grilled vegetables, or drizzle sparingly over desserts. It can also bring sweetness to onion glazes and savoury sauces.
Ingredients: 100% Italian figs. No added sugar, preservatives, thickeners or colourings.
Storage: After opening, the manufacturer advises storing in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight, without refrigeration.
