Due Vittorie Aged Apple Cider Vinegar 250ml
Made in Modena from Italian apples and aged in wooden barriques, this apple vinegar has far more roundness than a standard sharp cider vinegar. Ripe apple flavour, mellow acidity and a lightly woody depth give it a polished, almost sipping-vinegar quality.
Use it in vinaigrettes, with bitter leaves, pork and roast vegetables, or to brighten fruit-based desserts and sauces.
