Filotea Artisan Egg Lasagne 250g brings Italian artisan egg pasta to the traditional layered bake. Made with durum wheat semolina, eggs and wheat flour, these slowly dried sheets are ideal for layering with rich ragù, tomato sauces, béchamel or a spinach and ricotta filling. A versatile 250g pack for sharing around the table.

Cooking & Preparation
For pre-cooked lasagne sheets, boil in salted water for approximately 2 minutes, then drain and layer with your chosen fillings and sauce. Bake the assembled lasagne until cooked through.
