Italian artisan egg pasta made with squid ink, giving the spaghetti its distinctive deep colour. Filotea’s textured pasta pairs particularly well with seafood sauces or a simple dressing of garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients: Durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS (30%), WHEAT flour, squid ink (MOLLUSCS) (3%).
Allergens: Contains WHEAT (gluten), EGGS and MOLLUSCS. May contain SOYA.
Preparation: Cook in boiling salted water for approximately 5 minutes, or until al dente.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place.
