Filotea Pappardelle 250g Wide, flat Italian egg pasta ribbons designed for generous sauces. Filotea makes its pappardelle from Italian wheat and 27% egg, then slow-dries the pasta at low temperature for at least 24 hours to create a rough surface that holds ragù particularly well. Cook for approximately five minutes and pair with slow-cooked beef, mushroom sauces or traditional game ragù.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs (27%), wheat flour.
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten) and egg. May contain: molluscs, soya and mustard.
Preparation: Cook in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
