Filotea Tagliatelle 250g Classic Italian egg tagliatelle with flat, textured ribbons that make the most of a good sauce. Made using Italian ingredients, including 27% egg, Filotea's pasta is slowly dried for at least 24 hours at a low temperature. Serve with traditional ragù, mushrooms or a simple butter-based sauce. Cooking time is approximately five minutes.
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs (27%), wheat flour.
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten) and egg. May contain: molluscs, soya and mustard.
Preparation: Cook in boiling water for approximately 5 minutes.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
