Finca La Barca Smoked Olive Oil 250ml is a distinctive Spanish extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Arbequina olives grown on a single estate in Toledo. After pressing, the oil is slowly smoked over holm oak wood in Extremadura for around 15 days, bringing a pronounced smoky note to its delicate fruitiness. Each 250ml bottle is individually numbered and wax-sealed. Use sparingly as a finishing oil over grilled fish, roasted vegetables, beans or creamy soups.
Ingredients: 100% Arbequina extra virgin olive oil.
