Fiorucci Zampone 1kg is a traditional Italian speciality made with seasoned pork meat and rind, packed into its characteristic shape and fully cooked for easy preparation.
Rich, savoury and full of classic Italian flavour, it has a tender texture with warming notes of pepper, nutmeg and clove. Traditionally served hot with lentils, mashed potato or beans, zampone is especially popular for Christmas and New Year celebrations. Simply heat the sealed pack in water, then slice and serve.
