Produced by fourth-generation family olive growers Frantoio Galioto in Ferla, Sicily, this exceptional Novello extra virgin olive oil is made exclusively from Moresca olives, harvested early in September 2026 and cold extracted to capture their vibrant freshness.
Beautifully green and wonderfully aromatic, this medium-fruity olive oil offers notes of freshly cut grass, fresh vegetables and delicate tomato, balanced by a gentle bitterness and a pleasantly peppery finish.
Novello means new harvest, making this a particularly special seasonal olive oil, best enjoyed while its fresh, lively flavours are at their peak.
