Il Medaglione Negroamaro Rosato comes from Salento in Puglia, southern Italy, where warm coastal conditions and limestone soils produce expressive, sun-ripened rosé wines from the Negroamaro grape.
The nose is fresh and fragrant, with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, and red cherry, alongside delicate floral notes and a hint of Mediterranean herbs.
Light to medium-bodied, it is vibrant and well-balanced with crisp acidity. Juicy red berry flavours are complemented by subtle citrus, a touch of spice, and a faint savoury note typical of Negroamaro.
The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering red fruit and a gentle dryness that makes it an elegant and versatile rosé.
