Les Vignes de L’Eglise Merlot–Grenache is a red wine from France, produced by Vignes de l'Eglise. This Merlot/Grenache blend is ruby red in colour, displaying perfumed and fresh aromas of ripe plum and cherry. Smooth on the palate, it has a medium-to-full body and supple tannins. This wine is juicy and extremely approachable, with a touch of spice on the fruit-driven finish. Influenced by breezes off the Mediterranean coast, the area is cooler than much of the rest of the Languedoc. These cooling coastal breezes and sunny, warm climate ensure grapes ripen with the optimum balance between ripe fruit flavours, freshness and aromatics.
