Due Vittorie Oro is a dense, glossy Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP made with a high proportion of cooked grape must. Naturally sweet and sharply balanced, it has dark fruit depth, a rounded acidity and the almost syrupy texture that makes it so useful straight from the bottle.
A few drops are enough over Parmigiano Reggiano, strawberries, roast vegetables, salads or even vanilla ice cream; it also gives sauces and reductions instant richness.
