Monin Gingerbread Syrup 25cl is a flavoured syrup for adding sweetness and character to coffee and other drinks.
Use a small measure of Monin Gingerbread Syrup 25cl in lattes, cappuccinos, iced coffee or hot chocolate, or experiment in milkshakes and desserts. Adjust the amount to taste.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, natural flavouring, acid (citric acid), natural cinnamon flavouring with other natural flavourings, preservative (E202), colour (E150a).
Preparation: Use 15–20ml per serving for hot drinks, 10–25ml for cocktails, or 20–30ml for frappés and milkshakes.
