French sardines in extra virgin olive oil with chorizo and pimento is a tasty alliance of sardine and chorizo. These canned sardines are inspired by the Andalusian sauce, and sardines are enhanced by chorizo made with French pork.
You will be amazed at its subtle and delicious flavour. The fish are slightly dried after being cleaned and then quickly fried. The fish are cut and placed into the can, by hand, after resting overnight and coated in EVOO.
