Artichoke and bitter Seville orange make an unusually good pairing here: vegetal, gently sweet artichoke is lifted by fragrant citrus and a measured sweet-sour chutney base. The flavour is distinctive without becoming jammy.
Excellent with goat's cheese, mature cheeses and charcuterie, or spooned beside grilled poultry and vegetables; it also works brilliantly on crostini.
