Mulino Bianco Baiocchi 260g are classic Italian sandwich biscuits made with two crisp shortbread-style biscuits and a smooth hazelnut and cocoa cream filling.
Crunchy on the outside with a rich, creamy centre, they’re perfect with coffee, tea or milk, and make an easy everyday treat for breakfast, snacking or something sweet after a meal. Their distinctive round shape and nutty chocolate filling make them one of Mulino Bianco’s most recognisable biscuits.
Ingredients: Biscuit: WHEAT flour (51.6% of finished product), sugar, sunflower oil, fresh EGGS, skimmed MILK powder, fresh pasteurised MILK, raising agents (ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium hydrogen tartrate), salt, WHEAT starch, flavouring. Hazelnut and cocoa cream (28%): sugar, vegetable fats and oils (shea, sunflower), HAZELNUTS (7.1% of finished product), cocoa (2.6% of finished product), skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT starch, flavouring.
Allergens: Contains WHEAT (gluten), EGGS, MILK and HAZELNUTS. May contain other tree nuts, MUSTARD and SOYA.
