An organic extra virgin olive oil from the Núñez de Prado family estate in Baena, Andalusia. Flor de Aceite is the small amount of oil that flows naturally by gravity from crushed olives before the first pressing.
Made using Picuda, Picual, Hojiblanca and Arbequina olives, it has notes of fresh herbs, green almond and tomato with a pleasantly peppery finish. Drizzle over salads, tomatoes and grilled vegetables, or enjoy simply with good bread.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
