Ortiz Salted Anchovy Fillets 95g Jar
Cantabrian anchovies matured in salt for at least six months, then washed, trimmed and filleted by hand before packing in olive oil. Their compact texture and deep savoury flavour make them suited to toast, salads and pizza, or to melting into sauces and dressings. Supplied in a 95g jar, with 55g drained weight.

Keep in a cool, dry place below 15°C. Once opened, refrigerate, keep covered and submerged in olive oil, adding more if needed, and consume within 5 days.
