Balocco Classic Panettone 500g A traditional Italian Christmas panettone made with natural sourdough starter, 15.5% raisins and 12% candied orange peel. The rich dough also contains butter, fresh egg yolks and milk, giving the festive loaf its characteristic soft crumb. Serve in generous slices with espresso, offer after Christmas dinner or wrap as a classic Italian food gift.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, raisins (15.5%), candied orange peel (12%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), butter (milk), fresh egg yolk (7.8%), sugar, natural sourdough starter (7.5%) (wheat flour, water), fresh pasteurised milk (4%), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavourings.
Allergens: Contains wheat (gluten), egg and milk. May contain: tree nuts, soya and mustard.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
Serving: Ready to eat.
