Tuna Belly or "Ventresca" tuna as it's know in Spain, is a real delicacy. The belly is the most tender and fatty part of the fish with the best flavour and juiciest texture. José Peña have been canning seafood from their base in Galicia, on the West Atlantic coast of Spain, for over 100 years. Every fish is caught using a rod and line which minimises environmental impact and bruising to the fish. The quality of their products are fantastic and they are the choice professional, Michelin starred chefs.
